Delete your account

Permanent removal of your Clobul account and personal data.

What gets deleted

  • Your account (phone, email, password hash)
  • Your consumer or worker profile (name, city, area, location)
  • Worker-only: your trade, skills, bio, photos, and uploaded CNIC
  • Worker-only: any portfolio projects you added

What is kept

Reviews you wrote about workers stay visible as part of the public record but are disassociated from your account. Server logs (IP address, request timestamps) are retained for up to 90 days for security and fraud-prevention, then deleted automatically.

How to delete your account

From the Clobul mobile app: open Account → Delete account, and confirm.

From this page: sign in below and click Delete my account. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Sign in to confirm you own this account.

If you cannot sign in, email talha110tariq@gmail.com from the phone number registered to your account and we will delete it within 14 days.
